A few days ago I injured my back from deadlifts for the second time in my life. The first time it me 3 months to recover because I didn’t know how to heal the pain instantly once the injury happened. This time because I know how to fix my lower back after an injury I took action immediately. As soon as I felt the pain, I started doing these exercises that you see in this video which helped me to heal the lower back pain within 48 hours. 2-3 days after the lower back pain has been reduced although I need to careful.
Keep in mind that I am not a doctor and these exercises should not be performed without doctor guidance.

▶ How did everything start?

My name is Xenios Charalambous, and I help busy people lose weight and sustain their results.

I started my fitness journey when I was 13 years old, after a rejection I had from a girl at school. I was skinny (103 lbs, 47kg), unhealthy, depressed, addicted to video games, and I had no self-confidence. I struggled through my teens, and I realised that the only person who is responsible for my life’s direction is me… so I took action.

After years of trial and error, I cracked the code, and I finally transformed my body and mind, but that wasn’t enough… I decided to challenge more myself by applying for the special forces. I successfully completed the 2 years training and took my mental strength into a whole new dimension.

I shared my story on youtube, went viral all around the world (over 6.7 million views), and my fitness company was found. After getting known worldwide, I moved to London where I was coaching A-List celebrities, partnered with companies like X-Factor, Google, Morgan Stanley and Amazon to train their executives.

I now specialise in helping busy individuals lose weight with a proven sustainable system. Since 2013, I’ve helped hundreds of people worldwide transform their life. Check out my website for more information. (Start with the masterclass, link shared above)

Back Pain, Causes, Signs and Symptoms, Diagnosis and Treatment.

pain No Comments »

Back pain is pain felt in the back. It is divided into neck pain (cervical), middle back pain (thoracic), lower back pain (lumbar) or coccydynia (tailbone or sacral pain) based on the segment affected. The lumbar area is the most common area for pain, as it supports most of the weight in the upper body. Episodes of back pain may be acute, sub-acute, or chronic depending on the duration. The pain may be characterized as a dull ache, shooting or piercing pain, or a burning sensation. Discomfort can radiate into the arms and hands as well as the legs or feet, and may include numbness,or weakness in the legs and arms.

The majority of back pain seen in primary care is nonspecific with no identifiable causes. Common identifiable causes of back pain include degenerative or traumatic changes to the disks and facets joints, which can then cause secondary pain in the muscles, and nerves, and referred pain to the bones, joints and extremities.Diseases and inflammation of the gallbladder, pancreas, aorta, and kidneys may also cause referred pain in the back. Tumors of the verteba, neural tissues and adjacent structures can also manifest as back pain.

The Cause of Lower Back Pain After Deadlifts

pain No Comments »

Lower back pain after deadlifts can indicate an injury like a spinal disc herniation. No amount of stretching, or additional weight training can help in this regard. One needs to first find the causes of the lumbar back pain which, in most cases, is a breakdown in deadlifting technique/form. Once the mechanism behind the pain is eliminated, then only can training progress without the risk of further injury. Professional olympic weightlifters and powerlifters pay close attention to their lifting technique in order to prevent back injuries and enhance performance. It is for this reason that these athletes start out with an empty barbell or even lighter training aids, when they first learn the lifts. Remember, function follows form. In other words; to properly benefit from a functional movement, the technique of that movement must be good.

7 Causes of Back Pain and Headache.

In this video, I will talk about the 7 causes of back pain and headache.

Sometimes you may experience a headache and back pain that occurs at the same time.

There are several conditions that can cause these symptoms.

1. Injury.

Sometimes injuries, such as those sustained in a car accident, fall, or while playing sports, can cause headaches and back pain to occur together.

2. Poor posture.

Poor posture can put a strain on the muscles of your head, neck, and back.

Maintaining poor posture over time can lead to the development of both headache and backache.

3. Premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

PMS refers to a group of physical and emotional symptoms that occur between the time of ovulation and when a period starts.

Headache and back or abdominal pain are common PMS symptoms.

Other symptoms of Premenstrual syndrome can include.

Bloating.
Irritability.

4. Pregnancy.

Headaches and back pain are common causes of discomfort during pregnancy.

Other possible causes of discomfort include.

Constipation.
Frequent urination.
Nausea.

5. Infections.

Various infections can cause headaches and back or body aches to occur together.

One common example you may be familiar with is the flu.

Two other conditions are meningitis and encephalitis.

Meningitis is an inflammation of the tissues surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

Encephalitis is an inflammation of brain tissue.

Meningitis can begin with general flu-like symptoms and quickly progress to more severe symptoms, such as.

Severe headache.
Stiff neck.
Fever.

6. Migraine.

Migraine is a condition involving intense, throbbing headaches.
The pain typically occurs only on one side of the head.

There’s some evidence that migraine and lower back pain are associated with each other.

7. Arthritis.

Arthritis is the inflammation of the joints, which can lead to pain and stiffness.

It typically gets worse as you age.

If arthritis occurs in your neck or upper back, you may experience headaches in addition to back and neck pain.

So just to recap, the 7 causes of back pain and headache are.

1. Injury.
2. Poor posture.
3. Premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
4. Pregnancy.
5. Infections.
