This video is about the treatment plan for TRT. This is part of my 12 Rules to Live by on Testosterone series. The treatment plan must be individualized for the patient based on the previous rules from this series. Most important, it needs to be sustainable, safe, and consider any medical conditions the patient may have. This video explains how to take everything we’ve learned in this series and apply it to the treatment plan, as well as how to determine if TRT treatment is right for you. I cover safety, dose, ancillary agents, and co-managing TRT and psychiatric issues. Lastly, I cover how to micromanage your own treatment with the help of your medical practitioners. If you are considering TRT or already on it, please watch this video!
